Job Summary: Consultant Dermatologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Dermatologist to join this prestigious team in Jeddah. You will diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions, perform dermatological procedures, and lead in providing patient-centred care. This role also involves mentoring junior medical staff and contributing to clinical quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic cases.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and advanced cosmetic treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, fostering high standards of medical practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Participate in medical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Required:
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training), American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Dermatology (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-CCT or board certification experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Fellowship or additional specialization in Dermatology.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume dermatology clinic or hospital.
