Job Summary: Consultant IVF Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant IVF Specialist to join this esteemed fertility center in Riyadh. You will lead advanced fertility treatments, oversee patient care, mentor staff, and contribute to clinical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage infertility cases, providing individualized fertility treatment plans.
• Perform advanced reproductive procedures, including IUI, IVF, and ICSI.
• Oversee laboratory processes to ensure optimal outcomes in embryology and andrology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement programs, research, and training initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Required:
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training), American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a subspecialty in Reproductive Medicine (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-CCT or board certification experience in IVF and fertility treatments.
  • Expertise in advanced reproductive technologies and fertility care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Preferred:
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Fellowship or additional specialization in Reproductive Medicine or Endocrinology.
  • Experience in a high-volume IVF or fertility clinic.
