Job Summary: Consultant ENT Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Consultant ENT Specialist to join our leading medical team in Riyadh. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, mentor junior staff, and contribute to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.
- Perform specialized ENT surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, ensuring adherence to high clinical standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while complying with hospital protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medical audits, and training programs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training), American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-CCT or board certification experience in ENT.
- Expertise in advanced ENT care, including surgical procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Preferred:
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Fellowship or additional specialization in ENT or related subspecialties.
- Experience in a high-volume ENT practice or hospital setting.
