Family Physician Opportunity – Bowmanville, Ontario

Our client is seeking Family Physicians to join a well-established and growing medical practice in Bowmanville, Ontario. Due to a rising population and a shortage of family physicians, this is an excellent opportunity to establish a thriving practice in a busy, patient-centered clinic with a strong support team.

Position Details:

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Position Type: Permanent or Fixed-Term
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, fixed schedule, no on-call commitment
• Patient Volume: 250–300 patients per week per physician
• Billing Model: 75/25 split with unlimited earning potential
• Minimum Hourly Guarantee: Provided for the first 40-50 hours
• Annual Leave: 4 weeks

Clinic & Support:

• Established for 5+ years with over 7,000 registered patients
• 7 consulting rooms in a modern, well-equipped facility
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Practice Solutions (Telus EMR)
• Experienced Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) for administrative support
• On-site Pharmacy for added convenience
