About this job

Our experienced, supportive client is looking for a Salaried GP working 4 to 5 sessions a week, to assist us in providing a full range of medical services to their patients.

Salary is £11,000 to £12,000 per annum dependant on experience.

Clinic details

This is a two-site GMS practice with three GP Partners, providing high quality primary healthcare to a mixed urban population of 6000 patients in Greater Manchester. They were judged 'Good' by CQC in June 2019, with 'Outstanding' in Well Led.

This friendly practice is a training practice and there will be opportunity to be involved in supervision and teaching of Foundation doctors and/or Registrars.

There is allocated car parking for visits and home visit numbers are minimal thanks to the PCN home visit team that covers the area.

6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave is offered

Experience
Essential
  • Experience of working in General Practice
  • Good keyboard skills and confidence with digital technology
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable
  • Experience of EMIS Web
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience of working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
  • Experience of Safeguarding

Qualifications
Essential
  • Fully qualified GP, able to work in General Practice in the NHS (MRCGP)
  • Full GMC Registration
  • On Performers List or able to apply
  • Clear DBS check
